The Role:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to spearhead the expansion of our growth channels in the LATAM region. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to conversion. You will collaborate closely with our channel partners and customer success team to drive business growth and increase the adoption of our products. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities:

- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in the LATAM market, leveraging your deep understanding of the region’s business landscape.

- Lead Generation & Sales Cycle Management: Actively manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation through various channels (LinkedIn, Phone & Email), client presentations, technical reviews, negotiation, legal review, and conversion.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the channel partners and customer success team to run pilots for potential customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.

- Client Engagement: Proactively understand client requirements and lead conversations to enhance the adoption of various product features.

- Content Creation: Own content generation and produce valuable material, such as decks, case studies, and blogs, to support sales efforts and enhance the value proposition for clients.

Qualifications:

- Education: An MBA in Marketing or Sales from a reputed university is preferred.

- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (good to have).

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales for B2B SaaS products (optional but preferred).

- Market Knowledge: Proven experience in establishing lead generation and sales funnels for enterprise tech in the LATAM market.

- Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of supply chain management in the retail and manufacturing sector will be an additional advantage.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to translate pilot results into actionable business outcomes for clients.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling decks, case studies, and blogs that resonate with a technical and non-technical audience.
